Terms of Service

These terms describe the current rules for using AiStack while the product remains in an early-stage testing phase.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using AiStack, you agree to these terms for the current product surface.

2. Product status

  • AiStack is an early-stage testing product.
  • Some features may be incomplete, unstable, or changed without notice.
  • Some workflows may use seed or sample data while backend services are still being enabled.

3. User responsibilities

  • Only submit data you have the right to use.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or confidential third-party data without authority.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer the service or bypass security controls.

4. LinkedIn boundary

  • You must not provide your LinkedIn password to AiStack.
  • LinkedIn OAuth, if enabled, must use LinkedIn’s own authorization flow.
  • Full LinkedIn sync requires approved API access and may not be available.

5. Acceptable use

  • No scraping abuse.
  • No spam.
  • No unlawful surveillance.
  • No misuse of contact data.

6. Intellectual property

AiStack, VC Dojo CRM implementation, scoring architecture, guardrails, backend orchestration, UI design, and product workflows are owned by Andrea Capera unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You receive a limited right to use the service and no ownership rights in the product itself.

7. No warranty

This early-stage product is provided as-is.

Outputs, rankings, summaries, and workflow suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate.

You remain responsible for your own business, operational, and legal decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AiStack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from use of the early-stage service.

Any direct liability should be limited to a reasonable amount in light of the testing nature of the product.

9. Account suspension / access restriction

Access may be limited, suspended, or removed if use of the product creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

10. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated as the product changes.
