This page explains how AiStack currently handles data for its early-stage frontend, including VC Dojo CRM and related testing workflows.

1. Who we are

2. Product status

  • AiStack is an early-stage testing product.
  • Features, workflows, and page structure may change as the product develops.
  • Some pages may use seed or sample data until backend services are fully enabled.

3. What data we may collect

  • Account and contact details you provide.
  • LinkedIn profile URLs you submit manually.
  • CRM records you create inside the product.
  • Goals, notes, tags, relationship data, and workflow inputs you enter.
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and error logs.
  • Future OAuth profile data only if you explicitly choose to connect an account.

4. LinkedIn data boundary

  • Manual LinkedIn URL capture is available in the current product surface.
  • LinkedIn OAuth may be enabled later.
  • Full LinkedIn contact sync is not currently active unless the user interface explicitly says it is.
  • AiStack does not ask you to enter your LinkedIn password.
  • Any LinkedIn OAuth flow must happen through LinkedIn’s own authorization screen.

5. How we use data

  • To provide CRM functionality.
  • To organise contacts, companies, goals, and relationship workflows.
  • To improve product reliability and fix errors.
  • To test relationship-intelligence workflows.
  • To protect the service from misuse.
  • To prepare future scoring and guardrail features.

6. What we do not do

  • We do not sell user data.
  • We do not expose private backend logic in the frontend.
  • We do not require LinkedIn passwords.
  • We do not scrape LinkedIn through the user interface.
  • We do not publish user CRM data.

7. Legal basis / user control

User-provided data is processed so AiStack can provide the service you asked to use.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.

8. Data sharing

  • Hosting providers such as Vercel for frontend hosting.
  • A backend or API hosting provider when those services are enabled.
  • Analytics or error monitoring tools only if they are enabled.
  • LinkedIn only when you choose to connect through LinkedIn OAuth.

9. Data retention

Testing data is retained only for as long as needed for product development, service operation, legal obligations, or security review.

You may request deletion of your data.

10. Security

Backend secrets are not stored in frontend code.

Private scoring, enrichment, and connector logic lives in the private backend rather than in this frontend deployment.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as AiStack develops.
